Distribution Center Manager

•    Consistently ensure the DC leadership team and all partners are adhering to all policies and procedures. Hold DC partners accountable for safely and accurately meeting and/or exceeding customer needs. Ensure proper staffing levels are maintained according to volume and approved budget to fulfill all production, quality and shipping requirements. Responsible for partner development and engagement.
•    Takes responsibility for delivering and adhering to a prescribed budget. Effectively manage net income, cost per unit and % to sales, to meet/exceed the submitted budget.
•    Ensures the facilities meet or exceed all compliance standards regarding OSHA regulations. Ensure proper communication of safety best practices and safety committee and activities.
•    Ensure all required services, applications, and processes are in place and properly functional to meet business needs. Develop procedures for shrinkage, physical inventory, and cycle counting that manage inventory accuracy and minimize planning inaccuracies.
•    Considers all factors and organizational and company when making decisions. Makes good and timely decisions that keep the organization moving forward. Acquires data from multiple and diverse sources when solving problems.
•    Ensures interpersonal and organizational savvy. Understands internal and external stakeholders requirements expectations, and needs. Coordinates multiple activities to simultaneously accomplish a goal.
•    Communicates effectively with a diverse group of partners. Possesses an outgoing personality. Empowers others to come up with new ways of looking at problems. Attracts and retains top talent. Builds a positive and diverse and inclusive work environment.


•   5+ years of business operations experience with at least 2 years of management.
•   3 years previous Production Supervisory experience. Computer skills including Email, MS Word, MS Excel, Intranet. •   SAP Preferred.
•   Ability to influence others to adopt a new perspective and handle interpersonal issues with tact and diplomacy.
•   Ability to lead/mentor a team, including identifying and recruiting talent, managing performance, and making decisions about resource allocation.
